I feel blessed that you're here ! This post is aimed to build positive inspiring daily habits that I really admire. (These are only my personal views)



 





  • SLEEP

    DAILY 7 HOURS OF SLEEP

    The target here is to ensure we get constant 7 hours of sleep (10pm to 5am), and no screen time 1 hour before bed time.



  • EARLY MORNING

    WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING

    The goal here is to ensure we wake up at 5, go out for a walk, take a shower and start our day with some meditation and positive energy.



  • SELF HYGIENE

    MAINTAINING OUR PERSONAL HYGIENE

    This haibit, ensures we take care of how we are presenting ourselves. This involves skin and hair care, regularly cleaning our cloths and room, maintaining a comfident body poisture and keeping stress under control.



  • EXERCISE

    DAILY PHYSICAL FITNESS

    This habit ensures we target every major muscle group of our body throughout our week starting from upperbody, sholders, core to our legs ensuring our longivity and physical fitness.



  • HYDRATION

    DAILY 7 GLASS OF WATER

    This ensures we complete our day with a peace of mind that we did take the basic necessary steps towards a healthier and more fulfilling life. Feel proud if you completed all and get ready for doing them again tomorrow.
