INTRODUCTION: SELF MANAGEMENT


Human interactions are inherently emotional, often encompassing both positive and negative sentiments. Safeguarding our emotional health becomes paramount in such encounters.


PRIORITIZING EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING


EMBRACING EMPATHY AND NON JUDGEMENT

A vital skill involves accepting negative emotions from others without judgment, demonstrating empathy, and appreciating individuals for their authenticity.


PRESERVING EMOTIONAL EQUILIBRIUM

Equally crucial is our capacity to guide individuals through emotional turmoil while maintaining our emotional equilibrium and fostering a positive atmosphere.


WAY FORWARD 


ART OF BALANCING

Striking a balance between absorbing negativity and radiating positivity is essential.


ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES

Maintaining robust personal boundaries is key to managing negative emotional energies while safeguarding our own well-being.


POSITIVE INFLUENCE

This not only protects our emotional health but also empowers us to positively impact the emotional climate around us.



5 ACTIONABLE STEPS

(Towards better self management)




  1. SELF MANAGEMENT

    Ask yourself "Where do I lack ?", then stay consistent in the journey of self growth that follows it. Remember, your mind set should be "it's not supposed to be easy".

  2. PRIORITIZING EMOTIONS

    Negative emotions are you, as much as positive ones. The ability to comfortably embrace darkness, makes us better appreciate the light. 

  3. EMPATHETIC EQUILIBRIUM

    What we choose to do everyday, every moment becomes us, even if its choosing a  growth or failure mindset. we are responsible for ourselves.

  4. ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES

    We conceal ourselves inside of a pretend "mask", thinking, acting and behaving in a way we "assume" will make people love us. This ends up hurting us more.

  5. WAY FORWARD

    Being able to express ourselves, meet our needs, manage expectations and perform our duties admits chaos is very crucial.
