Hello !

Its amazing to see you here! This post is an effort to advocate for mental health for all, it's one of my core Life Mission. Hope you find some value here! (These are only my personal views)

INTRODUCTION: SELF SUSTENANCE

THE VIRUS INSIDE OF US

Have you ever experienced being unable to persist through a challenge or a task you took up as a new habit? There is always a counterintuitive narrative inside of our heads that resists change and resets our progress to a default (unproductive) state.

RECURRING PATTERNS

WHY? Why do some patterns repeat in our lives? (we resist change), Why we are so scared to change? (fear of failure) Why do we fear failure? (failure hurts). Why being hurt is not okay? (Emotional management is something I never truly learned).

OWNING UP TO SUSTAIN

REALITY & RESPONSE

Is my reaction in harmony with the requirements of reality? Is it possible my actions are getting triggered by past trauma and not rooted in reality?

TRIGGER

Letting go when triggered is the best time to uproot the virus within us. Letting go of the need to self-sabotage is important to stop repeating our past cycles of self-hijack.

MESSANGER VS MESSAGE

The situation/ person that triggers the repetitive self-abuse cycle, isn't the problem in fact it's helpful because now you get to set in a new response habit cycle of, trigger - action - release.

CONCLUSION

STEPS TO SUSTAIN

Becoming aware by re-sensitization, feeling a difficult emotion as is, is important to be able to let go.

MINDFUL EXISTENCE

We ensure our consciousness is fixed on the very things we are unwilling to experience.

EXPERTS OF SOMETHING

Chances are we are experts, in one domain of life. Such as creating chaos, disbalance, and wasting our time.

RESISTANCE

We need to let go of the need to run. Letting of the urge to survive or feel "good" all the time.
