INTRODUCTION: WHAT IS, "SELF" ?
ITS HARD! TRUST ME
We view ourselves in a specific lens, are we our perception of "us".
Everyday we feel strings of complicated emotions, is our experiences "us" ?
or the choices we choose everyday makes us "us".
Interesting right ?
IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE TO CHANGE ?
Why do we love to live inside the comfort zone? and why we function our
best when there is someone/something out there giving us constant external
stimulus triggering our change.
THE JOURNEY OF SELF DISCOVERY
HERE AND NOW
Lets ask ourselves few, essential questions, without which our journey of
authentic, and permanent healing will never occur, these timeless questions
are what are our :-
- Core beliefs? (Example: Do we believe we deserve to be happy? successful? masculine? respected? and loved?), and
- Core identity? (Example: What are my core values?, core dreams?, core boundaries? and core needs ?) and
- Core trauma? (Example: what are the baggage I carry? The damage I never fully recovered from? and the insecurities I never admitted I had )
ANSWERS TO ANTI-COPING
Less is more. Less distractions we let in our lives, more productive
and fulfilling our lives get. Less comfort we seek, more results we see in
our life pursuits (looks, academics and relationships).
RELY, ACTION AND HABIT
Lets understand the importance of coping mechanism. The first aid a patient
receives helps him/her make it to the hospital. The journey of healing is
tough for all but we cannot live off on first aid forever right ?
CONCLUSION
WILLING TO FIND.
Inner work is hard. Inner work is supposed to be tough. Letting go of
coping mechanisms is hard. IT'S SCARY AS SHIT !
CHILDHOOD
Living a life free of all childhood programming is possible.
Reprograming our mindset and neuro plasticity is real and believe it
will work for you too.
INVISIBLE HELP
Since its difficult to simply stay surrounded by our "issues", we tend to
find more of stimulus, actionable advice, entertainment and
distractions.
SUSTAINABLE
Will you still be ok ? Yes, also it helps hitting rock bottom, often
great adversary helps us make life changing decisions.
