Hello !
Its amazing to see you here! This post is an effort to advocate for mental health for all, it's one of my core Life Mission. Hope you find some value here! (These are only my personal views)
INTRODUCTION: YOU CAN CHANGE
WHY CHANGE IS DIFFICULT
We all have a history, carry baggage, have pre-existing habits, comfort
zones and worst of all a strong inner critique.
SUCCESS OR NOTHING
This mentality gets us into serious trouble. I feel it’s just a way of us
trying to self-sabotage. If space is freedom this mentality keeps us
earthbound.
SUCCESS MANIFESTO
GOING HARD ON OURSELVES
I ask myself a question every day, “what do I want to do today?”,
and “what do I need to do?”. Actions that I “want”, to do
are my desires, these actions feels good but I pay a heavy price, of never
becoming the man I promised myself. Alternatively, If our actions are what
“needs” to be done, to live our dream lifestyle, even our soul
starts to manifest the dreams we harbor in our hearts into reality.
OUR ACTIONS ARE OUR STORIES
There is no one out there. It’s our story, our responsibility, our duty
and our destiny. Even if we messed up so far in our lives, even if we have
hit our rock bottom and to quit seems easier. We can’t.
ARE YOU GIVING UP?
Chances are, right now facing the odds seems to be too overwhelming, the
urge to distract with a external stimuli seems to be too strong, much like
the power compelling us to lay down for a while, however will we give in
?
CONCLUSION
REMEMBER, YOUR PAIN
Remember what you felt every time, felt obese, when you got taunted as a
failure, when you felt inferior internally, when you felt lonely and
unlovable, remember when you cried for hating yourself and you wanted
freedom, love and success.
ALLOW YOURSELF SPACE
This pain of suffering is a necessary process of this battle to shed away
all your problems.
BREADTH AND STAY CALM
You have made yourself a promise, now you work to keep it, no one but you
yourself will benefit.
THE WAY FORWARD: The IKIGAI
Manifest, Believe in the universe, embrace the pain of progress and a
lifelong happiness.
